Hydrogen production principle of hydrogen respirator
The hydrogen production principle of this small-scale domestic hydrogen absorption machine is generally based on the proton membrane SPE hydrogen production principle. The hydrogen produced should be pure hydrogen (99.99% or more is considered pure hydrogen).
1. There are many ways of industrial hydrogen production. Generally speaking, industrial hydrogen production will not use electrolytic water to produce hydrogen at present. However, photocatalytic decomposition of water to produce hydrogen and solar photolysis of water to produce hydrogen are expected to become potential hydrogen production methods and may provide cheap hydrogen energy for hydrogen-powered vehicles in the future.
2. The core component of proton membrane SPE hydrogen production is the hydrogen production element, and the core material is the proton membrane. Generally, DuPont proton membrane has high efficiency and performance. The principle is that the pure water circulates through the hydrogen generation components, and the hydrogen is discharged from one side through the proton membrane, and the generated oxygen is discharged after the water reaches the water tank.
3. Another method of hydrogen production in industrial hydrogen production is ordinary electrolytic hydrogen production. For example, currently used in hydrogen and oxygen welding and vehicle-mounted hydrogen and oxygen machines, pure water+lye is used to produce hydrogen. The purpose of adding lye is to improve the efficiency of hydrogen production. This method is obviously not suitable for hydrogen breathing machines in hydrogen medicine.
